Special note:
​
For delegates who stay more than 1000 KM radius of venue, consideration will be given to attend the meet online via video sharing platform powered by third party organiser. However, Registration charges remain the same. Physical meet and interactive session is superior to the online option and we strongly advocate to attend the meet in person. The videos of meet may not be made available online after the conclusion on 24 Aug
Accommodation
Multiple options are available around the venue for accommodation. properties which are 3 star and above are in plenty and reasonable. Delegates are advised to stay near by to cut down the transit time and avoid traffic
